VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – July 6, 2016) – Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CXB) (the “Company” or “Calibre”), at the request of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (“IIROC“), announces that it is not aware of any reason for the increase in the Company’s share price in today’s trading session. The Company is not aware of any material undisclosed corporate developments and has no material change to report at this time.

Calibre controls a 100% interest in over 340 km2 of mineral concessions in the Mining Triangle of Northeast Nicaragua.
