(OTC Pink: APGA) (“American Paramount”) announced today that it has agreed to amend the November 27, 2017 Letter of Intent (LOI) with Indigenous Roots Corp. (“Indigenous Roots”) to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Indigenous Roots. The parties were unable to complete a definitive agreement on or before December 31, 2017 as proposed in the LOI. The Company has agreed to extend the date for completion of a definitive agreement to January 31, 2018.
